Dimensions strives to maintain best practice in all its activities, seeking continual improvement and innovation through the implementation of HS&E (Health, Safety and Environment) management systems, alongside certifications for environmental and occupational safety, as well as BS EN ISO 9001.

We take our environmental responsibilities seriously, striving to increase product longevity and discourage obsolescence, by looking for ways to maintain an environmentally friendly product lifecycle.

From re-usable yarns to fabrics that will wash economically, through sourcing, design and delivery, we aim to minimise environmental impact, preventing pollution and reducing waste, as well as aiming to operate a green transport fleet, purchasing and operating the most energy efficient vehicles commercially available. The introduction of our garment refurbishment scheme, under which we reclaim and recycle garments from staff who are leaving an organisation, has positive environmental consequences, as well as offering significant financial benefits for many of our customers.

Dimensions is a member of SEDEX (the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) and is the only Corporatewear company to be a member of the Ethical Trading Initiative, an independent alliance of companies, non-government organisations and trade unions, working together to promote good practise in the implementation of International Labour Organisation (ILO) codes of conduct.

As such, and as part of our commitment to safeguarding the brand values of our customers, we constantly monitor manufacturing locations to ensure both materials and labour are ethically sound and are happy for our customers to conduct independent audit checks on our factories. We are committed to driving sustained ethical improvements and making a tangible difference to the lives of workers in our supply chain.

Dimensions is registered under “The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (as amended)”. Our main packaging activity is “selling” therefore we actively provide information on how to recycle our packaging through the Waste Connect scheme.
